Hi I’m Stacy

I am a Pilates instructor certified through the Physical Mind Institute in Apparatus and Mat Pilates.  I have completed further studies in Modified, Elder-fit, as well as Pre & Post Natal instruction. I coach Pilates to many different age groups, body types and people with physical needs.

My passion for Pilates instruction began in 2019 when I started leading groups and individuals in Pilates apparatus classes. I have since assembled my own Pilates studio which I use to coach restorative Pilates. I also lead outdoor group classes in the summer, located in inspiring spaces around Vancouver.

Apparatus

Apparatus are designed to accelerate the benefits of Pilates techniques. These lessons help with improved body alignment and rapid strengthening, lengthening and toning. I lead my clients through routines to suit their personal needs. My equipment is the highest quality and constructed from strong sturdy materials.

Stretch

This is a relaxing class focusing on breathing and preparing the body for movement. This class is designed to stretch fascia and open connectivity to the body.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a class to strengthen and lengthen the body while maintaining proper posture. The focus is stability, core and scapular, the result is a body that is trained to carry itself in all situations, from strenuous exercise to casual walking.

Online classes

Mat Pilates classes can be taught in person or online through Zoom. Please contact me to discuss and set something up.


About My Classes

Classes are available in three levels with personalization available for those who find themselves between levels. All classes are designed to guide muscles through barriers that are stunting progress.

Beginner – starting with Pilates fundamentals and moving through exercises as appropriate.
Intermediate – growing upon the exercises with which the client is already comfortable.
Advanced – teaching the most advanced exercises with variations to keep the courses fresh.
