Fascial tissue can become restricted with repetitive movement, inactivity, and injury. I work with you to free up weak or tight areas of your body through consultative and one-on-one Pilates movements.

Pilates exercise include:

  1. Foam Rolling
  2. Fascia Release
  3. Building of core muscles

Pilates sessions are usually 1 hour, but they can be shortened or lengthened to suit your needs.
