Many classes combine the reformer and chair while also using other accessories to enhance the experience. I offer classes based on Pilates apparatus:
Reformer
Classes are conducted using the reformer and are adjusted to suit the level of the individual.
Reformer Flow
A series of exercises designed to progress from stretching to footwork, legwork, abdominal, and arm work. This is a full body workout that will leave you feeling strengthened and toned.
Reformer Cardio
This is a routine using the reformer jump board to enhance regular exercises by adding speed and endurance for a full bodied, cardio workout.
Chair
Often called the Exo Chair or Wunda Chair, the Chair is another supportive apparatus device aiding in exercises from gentle to intense. Exercises are taught to the specific requirements of the clients body and desired outcome.
